jitabe Terms & Conditions

1. General

1.1 These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern all use of the jitabe website located at jitabe.bet and any associated mobile or web-based services operated by jitabe ("jitabe", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing any part of the jitabe platform, registering an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you ("the Player", "you") agree unconditionally to these Terms.

1.2 jitabe reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via the platform. Continued use of jitabe services after such notification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

1.3 These Terms are written in English and are binding in their English form. Any translation provided for convenience does not constitute a separate or parallel legal agreement.

2. Eligibility

2.1 You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account or use any jitabe service. By registering, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. jitabe may request proof of age at any time and reserves the right to suspend or close any account where age verification cannot be completed.

2.2 You must be a natural person. Registrations made on behalf of corporations, partnerships, or any other legal entity are not permitted.

2.3 You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract in your jurisdiction. If applicable law in your jurisdiction prohibits online gambling, you are solely responsible for complying with that law. jitabe accepts no liability for any breach of local law by the Player.

2.4 Employees, contractors, agents, and immediate family members of jitabe and its affiliated companies are not eligible to hold a player account or participate in promotions.

3. Account Registration

3.1 To access jitabe services, you must register a single personal account. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and to update that information promptly if it changes.

3.2 You may hold only one active account at any time. If jitabe discovers that you hold more than one account, all duplicate accounts will be closed, any bonus funds will be forfeited, and jitabe may withhold any pending withdrawals pending investigation.

3.3 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. Any activity carried out using your login details is your responsibility, whether or not you authorised that activity.

3.4 If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact jitabe support immediately at [email protected]. jitabe will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access where you have failed to take reasonable steps to secure your credentials.

3.5 jitabe reserves the right to refuse any registration application or to close any account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other conduct that may harm the integrity of the platform.

4. Identity Verification (KYC)

4.1 jitabe operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process in accordance with its anti-money laundering obligations. You may be required to provide one or more of the following documents before any withdrawal is processed:

• A valid government-issued photo identity document (National Identity Card, passport, or driving licence).
• Proof of your registered address (utility bill, bank statement, or similar, dated within three months).
• Proof of the payment method used (screenshot of bKash or Nagad wallet, or bank statement).

4.2 Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within 14 days of being requested may result in the suspension of withdrawal rights and, ultimately, account closure. jitabe is not liable for any financial loss resulting from delays caused by incomplete verification.

4.3 All documents submitted are processed and stored securely in accordance with the jitabe Privacy Policy.

5. Deposits

5.1 The minimum deposit on jitabe is ৳100. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by jitabe, though individual payment providers may apply their own transaction limits.

5.2 Accepted deposit methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. jitabe may add or remove payment methods at any time without prior notice.

5.3 Deposits are credited to your jitabe account balance in real time or within a few minutes of successful payment confirmation. If a deposit does not appear within 30 minutes, please contact support with your payment transaction reference.

5.4 jitabe does not charge fees on deposits. However, your payment provider may apply its own transfer charges. jitabe is not responsible for any fees charged by third-party payment providers.

5.5 You may only deposit funds for the purpose of genuine gambling activity. Deposits made for the purpose of exploiting payment processing systems, generating bonus credits without genuine play, or any other fraudulent purpose are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure.

6. Withdrawals

6.1 Withdrawal requests are processed to the payment method used for the most recent deposit to the account. jitabe reserves the right to request additional verification before releasing any withdrawal.

6.2 Standard withdrawal processing times are as follows: bKash and Nagad — within 15 minutes; Rocket and Upay — within 30 minutes; bank transfers — within one to three business days; Visa and Mastercard — within two to five business days.

6.3 The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳200. jitabe may set maximum daily or weekly withdrawal limits which will be displayed in your account settings.

6.4 Only real-money funds (excluding uncleared bonus balances) are eligible for withdrawal. If your account balance contains a mix of bonus and real-money funds, only the real-money portion that meets any applicable playthrough requirements may be withdrawn.

6.5 jitabe reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal requests pending the outcome of an investigation into suspected fraud, bonus abuse, irregular betting patterns, or any breach of these Terms.

7. Bonuses and Promotions

7.1 jitabe offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each promotion, which are published on the relevant promotional page and supplement these Terms.

7.2 Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, the following general bonus conditions apply:

• Bonus funds carry a minimum wagering requirement of 20x the bonus amount before any withdrawal can be made.
• Wagering contributions from different game types vary: slots generally contribute 100%, live casino games contribute 10–25%, and sports betting wagers placed at odds of 1.5 or greater contribute 100%.
• Bonus funds expire 30 days after being credited unless a different expiry is stated in the specific promotion terms.
• Only one bonus may be active at any given time. Claiming a new bonus before completing the wagering requirement on an existing bonus may result in forfeiture of the original bonus.
• jitabe reserves the right to cancel any bonus at any time if it suspects abuse or if the bonus was credited in error.

7.3 Any winnings generated from bonus funds that exceed the maximum bonus conversion cap stated in the promotion terms will be removed from the account balance upon withdrawal request.

7.4 Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until applicable wagering requirements are met.

8. Betting Rules

8.1 All bets are subject to jitabe's game-specific and sport-specific rules, which are published within each game or betting market. In the event of any conflict between sport-specific rules and these general Terms, the sport-specific rules prevail for matters relating to bet settlement.

8.2 Once a bet is confirmed and accepted by jitabe, it cannot be cancelled by the Player except where jitabe expressly permits cash-out functionality on a given market.

8.3 jitabe reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market where an error in the odds has occurred due to a technical fault, data feed error, or human error. The Player will be notified of any voided bet, and the stake will be returned to the account balance.

8.4 In the event of a match or event being cancelled, postponed, or abandoned before the minimum completion criteria are met (as defined in the relevant sport-specific rules), all affected bets will be voided and stakes returned.

8.5 jitabe may impose maximum bet limits on any market at any time without prior notice. Bets placed above the applicable limit may be reduced to the permitted maximum or voided at jitabe's discretion.

8.6 The use of any automated betting systems, bots, or scripts to place wagers on jitabe is strictly prohibited. jitabe may void all bets and close any account found to be using such systems.

9. Responsible Gaming

9.1 jitabe is committed to promoting responsible gambling. All players aged 21 and above are encouraged to set personal deposit limits, session time limits, and loss limits through their account settings.

9.2 Players who feel that gambling is negatively affecting their lives may request a self-exclusion period of between one week and five years by contacting support at [email protected]. Self-exclusion takes effect within 24 hours of confirmation.

9.3 jitabe operates a cooling-off feature that allows players to take a temporary break from gambling for a period of 24 hours, 48 hours, or seven days without formally self-excluding.

10. Prohibited Conduct

10.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jitabe platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and potentially legal action:

• Using false or stolen identity documents during registration or verification.
• Colluding with other players to exploit game mechanics or bonus structures.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, insider information exploitation, or arbitrage betting that exploits pricing errors.
• Using the jitabe platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, or otherwise interfere with the jitabe platform or its underlying software.
• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once.
• Using a payment method that does not belong to you.

11. Intellectual Property

11.1 All content on the jitabe platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, software, and data — is the property of jitabe or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

11.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the jitabe platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any jitabe content without prior written consent.

12. Limitation of Liability

12.1 jitabe provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. jitabe makes no warranties — express or implied — regarding the uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or fitness for purpose of the platform.

12.2 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jitabe shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings due to technical faults, connection failures, or service interruptions.

12.3 jitabe's total liability to you in respect of any single claim shall not exceed the amount deposited by you in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

13. Privacy

13.1 jitabe collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By agreeing to these Terms, you also consent to the data processing practices described in the Privacy Policy.

14. Governing Law and Disputes

14.1 These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be submitted to jitabe's internal dispute resolution process by emailing [email protected] with the subject line "Formal Dispute".

14.2 jitabe will acknowledge all formal dispute submissions within 48 hours and aim to resolve disputes within 14 business days. If you are not satisfied with the outcome, you may pursue the matter through appropriate legal channels in your jurisdiction.

15. Severability

15.1 If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable while preserving the original intent.

16. Entire Agreement

16.1 These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any sport-specific or promotion-specific rules published on the jitabe platform, constitute the entire agreement between you and jitabe and supersede all prior understandings, representations, and agreements relating to the subject matter herein.
